Swedish landlord SBB has put aside funds to enable it to pay outstanding dividends next month, a year after they postponed payouts to protect the balance sheet. “We are planning to pay it in June, and have allocated existing liquidity for the occasion,” Chief Executive Officer Leiv Synnes said via phone following the company’s first-quarter earnings report. He added that the final decision will be made by the board of Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB, as the company is formally known.
