Martin & Servera is one of Europe’s biggest food service wholesalers and distributors. It is an energy-intensive company that procures almost all clean energy. Still, the Swedish enterprise aims to boost its sustainability by buying more solar power to run its operations and electrifying its trucks. It’s entering into a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) to procure more solar power via the grid — a trend sweeping Sweden, where hundreds of those deals are in the queue.
